The Process

The Engagement Process

If the Reiyā approach aligns with what you are looking for, below are the steps for how the process unfolds.

1. Introduction Call with GIO

30 minutes | Complimentary
A direct conversation to understand what is happening right now and what you are looking for. This call is used to confirm fit, explain how the process works, and answer practical questions.

If Reiyā is not the right fit, that is named directly and, where possible, better-suited options are suggested.

2. Agreement and Onboarding

If both sides choose to move forward, a short agreement is shared outlining the scope of Layer 1, confidentiality, and the initial timeline. Once this is in place, the assessment phase begins and the schedule is set.

3. Layer 1: The Research

2 to 4 weeks | Mapping the system
Layer 1 is designed to map the full picture rather than isolate one symptom. Through structured assessments and guided reflection, Reiyā identifies the pattern underneath the pattern, including stress responses, protective strategies, and relational dynamics. The goal is a coherent understanding of what drives the loops, not more insight fragments.

4. The Master Profile

Layer 1 culminates in the delivery of the Master Profile, a written synthesis that translates the assessment material into a clear, usable map. A dedicated review session follows, where the profile is walked through together, priorities are clarified, and the most effective leverage points for change are identified.

If moving into Layer 2 makes sense, the review session is also where the focus of the rebuild is defined: what will be worked on, what success looks like, and the structure of the engagement. A short follow-up agreement is then provided to confirm scope, timeline, and boundaries before Layer 2 begins.

5. Layer 2: The Rebuild

12 weeks | Applied change
Awareness is the starting point, not the finish line. Layer 2 is where insight becomes implementation. Using the Master Profile as the foundation, the work focuses on building the capacity to interrupt old responses in real time and train new ones until they hold under stress.

Layer 2 is optional, and it is recommended when applied support is the difference between understanding the pattern and actually changing it.

start the process

Before we speak, I'd like to know a little about where you are. I've put together a short intake questionnaire that takes about five minutes.

At the end, you'll be able to book a time for our call directly.

Your answers are confidential and will help me show up prepared for you.

I look forward to speaking with you!
